The Dash

Declaring the end FROM the beginning…. Isaiah 46:10

Saying “My purpose will be established and I will accomplish all My good pleasure.

The end glorifies the means!  That’s what Beth Moore said on Day 2.  God knows the end from the beginning.  Our times are in HIS hands (psalm 31:15a).  He knew the very day you would be born and he knows the very day he will take you home.  Those are fixed dates on your timeline and the parts that you have influence over are in the dash.

Tracy Atchison Paul: August 30,1971 – ______________

Do you see that dash between my birth date and the line.  That’s where I’m living right now.  You are living in your dash now too.  What will you do with your dash?

Beth says God calls us to redeem the time.  See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Eph 5:15-16.

Redeem: Rescue, ransom,  improve the opportunity, buy back

We must determine to buy back our time, not to become a slave to it!  The dash of your life is full of seasons and opportunities.  Our life is not just a succession of minutes but of a period of opportunity.  What will you avail during your dash?

Get out there and do it…..
